With over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant in a thriving multi-site church, I started Oak & Maven in 2021. Our clients are ministry leaders and service based business owners who understand the importance of balancing the 30,000-foot-view with necessary daily operations.

Retainers start at 5 hours because we prioritize collaboration. We can’t be a part of your business in a helpful way with less than 1 hour a week.
This offering includes a free initial consult. On a 30-minute Zoom call, you'll share about your business/ministry and the type of help you're looking for. I'll share how we typically work and what type of support would be best. Finally, we'll determine if we're mutually a good fit.
