Using the skills I learned to grow my own online Life Health Coaching business, I have added Virtual Assistant services to my business and enjoy helping other entrepreneurs to relish running their own businesses MORE, by doing LESS themselves.  It is a joy to support fellow Christians by managing the behind the scenes of their business so they can spend more time and energy doing the parts of the business they love! 

Curious about my coaching work? I'm a Certified Health and Life Coach, trained in habit and mindset change. I also hold a Food and Nutrition Management Diploma and some fitness instructor certifications. All my 1:1 life coaching is done by phone and through a Christian and Intuitive Eating perspective.

Unique Approach

A shared love and mission for Jesus makes a huge difference when hiring a Virtual Assistant or Life Coach.  It results in a kind and joyful partnership when we both love the Lord and have the same passionate mission to share the Gospel and His love to the world!  You can bet I'll regularly be praying for your business and asking God to help me be Spirit-led in anything I do on behalf of your business as your VA.  My past experiences coupled with this faith-based approach gives me a relatability to and a distinct advantage with my clients.

If you are familiar with the enneagram, I'm an enneagram three! I'm a goal crusher, organization master and a get things done well (and on time) kinda girl!  I'm friendly and unafraid to ask clarifying questions so I can get the task done the way you want it.

Experience

When I began my coaching business, I quickly realized I had to wear aaalll the hats (even the ones I didn't like and wasn't particularly good at, at the time).  As a solo-entrepreneur, I had to be my own social media management team, marketing team, website designer, book editor, graphic designer, copywriter, podcast editor, event planner, accountant, AND provide the actual coaching to my clients, which was the part I enjoyed most.  Eventually, I did learn to do all the necessary business tasks and decided to make it easier on other Christian entrepreneurs that were in the same place as I was- needing to wear a lot of hats but wishing you didn't.
